it was january just yesterday, today we are closing march…things are definitely moving too fast, but am trying to keep up with everything…here a couple of new images for my ‘feathers’ series, newly shot by louis leray here in santa fe.
first one is copper and sterling, second is sterling and 18k gold; paper-thin metal feathers hanging form a sterling neckwire cable.

Thanks for sending the new postings. Very fanciful and graceful forms. I have been in and out of town a lot. Did a workshop at Univ. of Iowa and then a show in Florida. Travel really exhausts me. Don’t know if I told you that I am teaching a class at IAIA. It is for Mark Herndon who is on sabbatical. It’s just two days a week but it keeps me busy as it has taken me a while to just learn where things are in the studio. Also, it has been so long since I had a whole semester teaching assignment.
I do hope to get together with you at your studio and return the favor having you out here. I will be in touch.
Enjoy the holiday weekend. Isn’t the warm weather great?
